Casa Pepa draws on the Mediterranean cooking of the Marina Alta from its country-house setting in Ondara. Founded by Pepa Romans in 1986 and now part of the BonAmb group, its kitchen is led by Emmanuelle Baron with a focus on market produce and the seasons.
