A logo that looks crisp on screen can lose detail when embroidered at a small size on a polo shirt. Start an embroidery order with the garment, the actual design size and its intended use. Then compare price and timing against a common sample or specification.
Workshops with official information
TecniBor presents embroidery and textile customisation services and lists its workshop at Calle de las Fraguas, 22, Alcorcón. This is not central Madrid. Bordados Express advertises industrial embroidery and customisation and lists Calle Isla de Alegranza, 4, nave 50, San Sebastián de los Reyes.
These are separate municipalities within the region. Ask each workshop whether it accepts your quantity, garments and required finish. Inclusion here does not establish an award, a Buscatea visit or a search ranking.
What to send for a quote
- Available artwork, final dimensions in centimetres and placement on the garment.
- Fabric type, colour, sizes and quantity for each variation.
- Whether you will supply the garments or buy them from the workshop.
- The date you need the finished order, rather than just a production start date.
Ask whether the artwork needs digitising for the embroidery machine and whether that is a separate charge. Clarify what happens when resizing a design or placing a repeat order. Fine details may need simplifying; approve the proposed result before production.
Use a sample to resolve uncertainty
For uniforms or brand presentation, request a sample on comparable fabric. Check lettering, thread colours, position, the reverse side and how the embroidered area sits when worn. Obtain the garment and decoration care instructions before deciding how to wash it.
