Collect accessibility and dietary requirements early and pass them to the appropriate person.
Agree priority moments with the photographer and check any permissions needed for special locations.
Leave breathing space between activities and appoint a contact for changes on the day.

What should you check before the final payment?

Review the final timetable, included services, working contact numbers and outstanding conditions. Decide who can approve extra spending. A personal celebration does not need an activity in every spare minute: it needs the important arrangements to be clear to the couple, their guests and the people delivering it.
